Our core hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. However, we offer flexible start times (anytime between 8-11 AM) and hybrid work options. You can work from home 2-3 days a week based on your role and team requirements.
Yes! We offer a hybrid work model where you can work from home 2-3 days a week. For certain roles, we also offer fully remote positions. We have team members working remotely from different cities across India and even internationally.
We have a casual dress code! Come as you are — jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, whatever makes you comfortable. We believe in focusing on work, not appearances. Only for client meetings or special events do we request business casual attire.
We conduct annual appraisals every April, with mid-year reviews in October. However, we also offer spot promotions and salary revisions for exceptional performance throughout the year. Our appraisal process is transparent and based on clear, measurable criteria.
We organize a variety of events throughout the year: monthly birthday celebrations, festival parties (Diwali, Holi, Christmas), quarterly team outings, annual 3-day retreat to exotic locations, sports tournaments, hackathons, cultural nights, and Fun Friday activities. We believe in celebrating together!
Absolutely! We offer 26 weeks of maternity leave, flexible work hours, work-from-home options, and a nursing room. We also have a "Return to Work" program that helps mothers transition back smoothly after their leave. Many of our senior leaders are working mothers who can relate to the challenges.
